Tabcorp taking over tattsbet and won't happen until mid 2017 that's if it even gets through the submission process by the ACCC. Time will tell but state governments need instant and continual higher revenue so it will be interesting to see how it plays out but its going to be one hell of a monopoly and it will be interesting to see how the other players react and I guess they will start to want betting outlets representing there brands opening everywhere across the states like they have in the UK interesting times ahead.
